Position Overview:
We are a leading short video platform expanding our services in Brazil with an innovative embedded benefits platform called Cartão de Kwai. This product integrates various benefits for users, including mobile recharges, discounted data plans, cashback on shopping, affordable healthcare services, and more. Our goal is to provide users with a comprehensive suite of services that enhance their daily lives. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in exploring and establishing partnerships for the Cartão de Kwai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, particularly in sectors related to telecommunications, e-commerce, and healthcare. This role is crucial for identifying potential partners and negotiating collaborations that will enhance the value of the Cartão de Kwai offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential partners, including telecom companies, e-commerce platforms, healthcare institutions, and other relevant service providers.
Structure win-win commercial models (revenue sharing/co-marketing/data monetization) and Structure BD playbook including partnership tiers, incentive structures, exclusivity clauses, etc..
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
Analyze partnership strategies of local players and Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape.
Analyze and report on business development efforts, providing insights into partnership strategies and outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of partner services into the Cartão de Kwai platform, collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns
Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in business development, particularly in the B2B market.
Strong understanding of the telecommunications, e-commerce, and healthcare sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Native-level Portuguese + advanced English
