La Logistique de Lauterbourg recherche un(e) cariste. Le rythme de travail s’organise en 5x8 sous l’autorité du Coordinateur ou de la Coordinatrice d’Activités Logistiques.

La Logistique de Lauterbourg travaille pour la plateforme chimique et ses 4 unités de production.

La logistique est entre autres en charge du déchargement et de l’approvisionnement des matières premières, des mouvements internes et des chargements des produits finis.

Responsabilités

  • Respecter les règles de sécurité, santé et environnement.
  • Être responsable de sa sécurité et de celle des autres.
  • Utiliser et se conformer aux procédures du site et en particulier celles relatives à la sécurité des mouvements de matières, des chargements/déchargements.
  • Assurer une passation de consignes rigoureuse (entre opérateurs/trices Logistique, opérateurs/trices de production, etc.).
  • Être responsable de l’étiquetage et de sa conformité, signaler les déviations constatées.
  • Être formé(e) et appliquer les règles de sécurité (réception de matières, incompatibilité déchets, installation, guidage camion, etc.).
  • Participer aux formations sécurité.
  • Participer activement aux programmes Housekeeping, maintenir son outil de travail et son environnement propres et rangés, être responsable du nettoyage et de l’entretien de son chariot et du rangement et de la propreté des hangars de stockage.

Qualifications

  • Maîtriser parfaitement toutes les opérations pour la mise en stock et la livraison selon les bons de commandes des bâtiments de production.
  • Maîtriser parfaitement la gestion des déchets et leur stockage intermédiaire avant expédition. Réaliser les expéditions de déchets.
  • Être responsable des matières premières ou produits finis ainsi que des déchets confiés au cours de son poste en collaboration avec les autres membres de son équipe.
  • Contrôler l'aspect extérieur des produits finis, organiser la mise en stock, en quantité et qualité, des produits finis en sortie de production.
  • Mettre en œuvre les instructions de gestion de stock, saisir les transferts et les changements d'emplacements dans le système de gestion en temps réel (ou les enregistrer au niveau d’un bordereau de saisie).
  • Identifier les anomalies équipements et déclarer les incidents sécurité.
  • Appliquer les consignes spécifiques relatives à chaque matière première.
