YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and solve problematic cases in delivery processes for Trendyol warehouses and international transfer centers
- Direct and coordinate 3PL partners as a single point of contact to improve the delivery journey,
- Analyze delivery KPIs on a daily basis and monitor 3PL performance to eliminate defects,
- Analyze delivery related Customer complaints, define pain points and take actions with a collaborative approach,
- Engage with projects, to provide insights into customer/cargo needs and requirements, to improve quality of experience and journey
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices.
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor degree from related departments of universities,
- Have a minimum of 2 years leadership experience,
- Having an analytical mindset, customer and result-oriented approach,
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
- Solution oriented and proactive,
- Strong communicator and able to follow work effectively,
- Experience in logistics sectors is must and cargo sectors is a plus,
- Proactive and results oriented approach,
- Open minded, innovative conceptual thinking ability,
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
- This position includes executive experiences.
