You work as part of a cross-functional team to lead and deliver the activities required to complete Process Design and Process Deployment for Innovation, Growth and Productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.
How you will contribute
With the support of a manager and technical coaches, you will design and implement projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements and effectively communicate project statuses and risks. As part of that you will be responsible for the process development, optimization, and commercialization of snack products within the Candy category, while influencing technology decisions and pipeline development on associated brands. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple technologies in and around Gebze manufacturing plant, and build strong relationships across RDQ, Supply Chain, Marketing, Research, etc. You will be responsible for leading or supporting designing, planning and execution of experiments for scale-up trials to Gebze, with some Pilot Plant support as appropriate, running technical risk assessments and creating and maintaining accurate consumer centric process specifications You will also develop and manage project plans and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and create intellectual property to drive competitive advantage.
