Responsibilities
- Reviewing and analyzing operational & financial reports, taking actions to optimize Cargo P&L
- Inform and take action with relevant teams by making analysis based on seller performances for cargo and penalty charges
- Providing analyzes and suggestions for new projects with continuous improvement implementation for sellers' cargo operation
- Identifying, analyzing trends or patterns within complex data sets to drive cost & charge improvement actions
- Ensuring the automation of cargo invoicing processes and continuously monitoring them to guarantee healthy and accurate progression
- Presenting forecast vs. actual performance alignment during monthly P&L meetings, and clearly explaining and rationalizing any variances (deviations)
Expected Qualifications
- Min 2 years of experience in related position (Operations Planning, Financial Planning&Reporting etc.). Preferably with experience in e-commerce industry
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (preferably engineering, business administration and economy faculties)
- Proficient in Excel and preferably SQL
- Eager to learn, result-oriented, having analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Passion for Operations and Supply Chain
- Fluent in English ( both written & verbal))
