Salary: £27,352 - £30,886 per annum pro rata
Location: Bromley – Ashgrove Road - covering Beckenham and Bromley
Hours: 20 per week. - Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract for 6 months
We are looking for a customer-focused Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in South London covering Beckenham and Bromley areas.
Duties will include inspecting and cleaning communal areas ensuring that our estates are kept clean and hazard free with high standards maintained.
You’ll be sweeping, mopping, litter picking and cleaning bin areas as well as carrying out health and safety checks.
