This role is based on site at Wymondham PIC.

What you’ll be doing
- carry out minor repairs and assist with general maintenance of equipment across the site
- undertake a range of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks as required
- support site upkeep through tasks such as painting, decorating, basic plumbing, and joinery
- perform cleaning duties to ensure facilities and equipment are hygienic and well-presented, including safe disposal of waste
- report equipment faults or issues to the Maintenance and Repair Senior Technician
- monitor and replenish stock levels of consumables and maintenance supplies
What we’re looking for
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance or caretaker role
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment, particularly in non-office settings with varied operational risks
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit with a positive, can-do attitude suited to a hands-on role
Desirable Skills
- Experience working across diverse client environments or facilities
