Salary: £27,352 - £30,886 per annum
Location: Rainham – Orchard Village - covering Havering, Barking & Dagenham
Hours: 40 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
We are looking for a customer-focused Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in North London.
Duties will include inspecting and cleaning communal areas ensuring that our estates are kept clean and hazard free with high standards maintained.
You’ll be sweeping, mopping, litter picking and cleaning bin areas as well as carrying out health and safety checks.
BICSc certification would be desirable, though is not essential.
