At Tulsa Welding School, we’re looking for a dynamic, people-first Career Services Advisor who’s passionate about launching students into life-changing careers. You’ll coach, guide, and cheer them on from classroom to job placement—and love every second of the journey.
What You’ll Do:- Support students in preparing for graduation and employment
- Coach on job readiness: resumes, interviews, and realistic career expectations
- Build and maintain employer connections and job leads
- Track graduate employment and verify placement records for compliance
- Assist with part-time job placement during training
- Represent the school at job fairs, open houses, and employer visits
- Keep records accurate and up to date in the placement database
- Hit placement goals and help change lives along the way
- Associate’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-focused mindset
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Energized by student success and making a difference

StrataTech Education Group’s first acquisition was Tulsa Welding School (TWS) in 2008. TWS has locations in Tulsa, OK and Jacksonville, FL, and Tulsa Welding School & Technology Center is located in Houston, Texas. In November 2009, The Refrigeration School, Inc.
