Being part of a global in-house capability center offers a wide range of career opportunities for employees. As a Career Development Advisor, you will provide personalized career guidance to help employees navigate their professional growth. You will support employees in identifying career opportunities, building job search strategies, enhancing application materials, and preparing for interviews.
This role plays a critical part in empowering individuals to make informed career decisions, develop their skills, and successfully progress in their professional journeys.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one career coaching sessions via phone or virtual meetings
- Assess individual career goals, skills, and experience to create tailored development plans
- Guide individuals in job search strategies, including identifying suitable roles and career paths
- Review and provide feedback on resumes/CVs and support interview preparation
- Conduct structured consultations to understand career aspirations, strengths, and development needs
- Facilitate workshops and learning sessions on topics such as job search strategies, career transitions, and personal branding
- Stay informed about labor market trends and hiring practices to provide relevant guidance
- Document interactions, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on support provided
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend additional support when necessary
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, talent development, or related fields in a large multinational and multi-cultural enterprise organization
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and job search best practices
- Proven experience in resume writing, personal branding, and interview preparation
Experience conducting structured career assessments and consultations - Proven excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate career discussions into clear and actionable plans
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and virtual collaboration platforms
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in large organizations or supporting internal career mobility programs
- Experience supporting workforce transitions, career changes, or redeployment initiatives
- Background in facilitating career development workshops or training sessions
- Career coaching certification or formal training in coaching methodologies (e.g., ICF, NCDA, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with career assessment tools and ATS/talent platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
