At Brunswick, we help leaders navigate critical issues at the intersection of business, politics, society and reputation. Through our Summer Career Experience Programme, you’ll gain first-hand insight into how we advise organizations on their most important opportunities and challenges.

This two-week programme is designed to provide students with a realistic, high-intensity introduction to life at Brunswick through practical experience, skill development and direct exposure to our people and ways of working.

What You’ll Gain:

During the two weeks, you will:

  • Learn Brunswick’s approach to research and analytical techniques
  • Gain insight into Brunswick’s practice areas and advisory work
  • Receive support and feedback from a dedicated programme advisor
  • Experience how teams collaborate to help clients navigate complex issues
  • Build confidence in presenting ideas and recommendations
What Will You Work On?

This may include:

  • Industry, company, and competitor research
  • Analysing media and stakeholder narratives
  • Tracking emerging issues effecting organizations
  • Developing insights and recommendations for a board appropriate presentation

Depending on project availability and confidentiality, participants may also observe selected client-related discussions and internal strategy sessions.

What We Are Looking For In Candidates:
  • Outstanding written and communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) preferred
  • Open to students currently pursuing tertiary education or fresh graduates
  • An interest in current affairs and a strong business acumen
  • High attention to detail, a knack for reading between the lines and noticing nuances
  • Ability to absorb and analyse complex information
  • An agile mindset who craves new knowledge and thrives in a fast and fluid environment
  • Respectful of diverse points of view and working styles
  • Candidates must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa or otherwise have the legal right to work in Hong Kong for the duration of the programme. Brunswick is unable to sponsor visas for internship positions.
