The Cardiology Implementation Consultant (Non-Invasive) is responsible for leading clinical implementation activities for Echo and/or Vascular solutions, including workflow analysis, application optimization, training strategy, customer readiness, and go-live support. This role partners closely with customer stakeholders, internal project teams, and leadership to ensure successful adoption of applications and alignment with operational best practices.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct current-state workflow analysis and design future-state workflows, including both system workflows and department process workflows
• Assess application optimization opportunities within customer departments and provide best-practice recommendations
• Analyze unique customer site configurations and tailor implementation processes, training plans, and documentation to meet site-specific needs
• Coordinate and deliver Super User application training, ensuring Super Users are prepared to train end users and support customer-specific requirements
• Provide application training and implementation support to internal staff and customer teams as needed
• Identify, document, and follow up on product issues, workflow gaps, and enhancement opportunities identified during implementation
• Ability to articulate recommendations clearly and confidently to customers
• Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and training skills for diverse audiences

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least one of the following to qualify:
• Registered Sonographer: Echo and/or Vascular (RDCS/RCS/RVT/RVS)
• Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT/NMT)
• Radiologic Technologist R.T.(R)(ARRT)
• 4+ years of recent experience in one or more of the four disciplines (i.e., Registered Echo Sonographer)
• Experience communicating with and presenting to stakeholders, including leadership and executive-level audiences
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical environments, healthcare operations, and department workflows
• Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating and delivering training presentations for varied audiences
• Demonstrated ability to identify automation opportunities and leverage AI to improve productivity and quality
• Must be willing and able to travel approximately 75% of the time as business needs dictate across North America (travel area includes US and Canada)
• Ability to qualify for a company credit card for travel purposes
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the Change Healthcare Cardiology application
• Experience with imaging and healthcare systems (PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, Enterprise imaging solutions)
• Experience with Medical Imaging, Knowledge of SQL Databases, informatics and/or Enterprise-class Information Systems
• Knowledge of medical communication protocols a plus (i.e., DICOM / HL7/XML)
• Demonstrated familiarity with document /registry standards and credentialing such as JCAHO, ICAEL, ICAVL, and ICANL registries

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
