About the Department

Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand credit card product schemes, card product features, market trend
• Being owner of Credit Card CVP and Loyalty platform with process, update and enhance the process where applicable.
• Conduct regular profitability analysis to understand business performance & profitability.
• Develop and execute product management strategy & initiatives to drive revenue across all card products.
• Perform comprehensive market research to understand UOB credit card positioning and areas for improvement to become best-in-class products 
• Maintain relationship with partners to implement campaigns to enhance product benefits.
• Build marketing materials for customer communication and product marketing/promotion schemes.
• Develop business tracking reports across product revenue drivers to achieve business targets.
• Work in a team with shared responsibilities and work within given deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in retail banking focused on credit card and debit card product management
• Basic understanding of revenue models to identify product profitability.
• Number oriented and familiar with key drivers of P&L.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationship with stakeholders and partners to execute initiatives and strategies.
• Excellent strategic thinking skills and time/project management to meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint and presentation skills.
