Job Description
Banking Operations (Retail) - Credit Cards is responsible for activities related to the operational groups that support the revenue generating business lines of the firm. The Consumer Banking Operations function is responsible for the operational support to the Consumer business areas and/or products, including auto finance, consumer banking, consumer lending, small business banking, credit cards, commercial cards, merchant servicing, mortgage banking, and mortgage servicing. The Credit Cards Operations area is responsible for operations and related activities supporting the Credit Cards business and/or products. Responsibilities may include general account operations, account closing, chargebacks, distribution & servicing support, quality assurance, statement & payment processing, and other related activity.
