  • Act as the primary contact for acquiring customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Understand customer business needs and provide suitable acquiring solutions.
  • Manage customer requirements and support retention and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Promote and support POS, e-commerce, and digital payment solutions.
  • Appraise merchant applications and recommend qualified merchants in line with risk and business criteria.
  • Support in the discussions and negotiations on pricing, contracts, and operational matters with customers.
  • Coordinate merchant training on: 
    • POS and card acceptance operations
    • Lipa Namba and e-commerce solutions
    • Fraud prevention and chargeback management
    • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
    • Payment acceptance best practices
  • Understand merchant acquiring products, pricing models, and risk strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, card scheme, and internal compliance requirements.
  • Drive adoption of value-added products and services to increase revenue from existing customers.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support product enhancements and innovation.
  • Make sound commercial decisions that maximize profitability and customer retention.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Monitor market trends, customer activities, competitor developments, and industry changes.
