Manage and coordinate staff medical schemes, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and wellness programs. Serve as primary HR wellness contact, advise on policies, engage stakeholders and service providers, maintain program records and reports, and support implementation of wellness initiatives in collaboration with Employee Relations and Health & Safety teams.

Develop commercial models, launch payment features across apps and platforms, coordinate cross-functional delivery, analyze product performance, improve processes, manage vendors, mentor team members, and ensure regulatory alignment to meet KPIs.

Manage and grow global custody client relationships by sourcing new business, retaining clients, meeting financial targets, ensuring KYC/AML compliance, negotiating contracts, preparing tenders, resolving service and audit issues, coordinating stakeholders, delivering custody reports per SLAs, and overseeing billing and collections.

Manage and grow customer relationships across retail, corporate and treasury segments through cross-selling, tailored product solutions, complaint resolution, and portfolio retention. Ensure compliance with KYC/AML, coordinate credit requests with credit and branch teams, and drive business growth while minimizing risk and maintaining service quality.

Lead and supervise an HR business partnering team to deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle management, performance and talent strategies, workforce planning, recruitment, learning interventions, employee relations, engagement, rewards, data-driven people insights, and internal mobility to improve retention, performance, and employee experience.
