Lead growth and profitability for the Investment Groups segment by executing acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and yield strategies. Design segment propositions, analyze market and customer data to find opportunities, enable frontline teams, coordinate with product/marketing/digital/operations, manage governance and compliance, and measure outcomes against KPIs and targets.

Administer and maintain customer experience systems (Dynamics CRM, integrated CX and VoC); manage deployments, licensing, uptime, reports, workflows, vendor escalations and upgrades; plan enhancements and budgets; ensure security and assurance compliance; perform performance tuning, DR testing, documentation and governance; organize monthly service reviews with vendors.

Lead a team to review projects and controls across lifecycle phases, develop and implement risk policies and standards, manage incidents, ensure disaster recovery and business continuity, recommend security enhancements, support audits and remediation, and present risk findings to senior management.

Lead information risk and technology risk assessments, oversee cyber risk reviews (including ITGCs and application controls), coordinate red team and SWIFT attestation, advise on cloud and AI/ML risks, run project assurance and post-implementation reviews, report trends to senior leadership and board, and drive information risk awareness and remediation across the group.

Lead Client Coverage strategy and execution for Corporate Banking, driving client origination, deal structuring, cross-selling, risk-compliant credit decisions, and sector-specific value propositions. Build senior client relationships, deliver financial targets, oversee syndication and governance, and develop high-performing teams through talent management and performance culture.

Lead acquisition and growth of corporate FMCG clients by implementing segment strategy, meeting revenue and portfolio targets, cross-selling banking products, managing key relationships, monitoring accounts and risks, ensuring credit quality and regulatory compliance.

Manage the bank's litigation portfolio, represent or monitor cases in court/tribunals, advise to prevent or minimize disputes, oversee external counsel performance, and control litigation costs through negotiation and settlements.

Lead enterprise master data and data quality programs to ensure a single source of truth. Implement MDM processes (creation, matching, merging, syndication, retirement), deploy automated data quality frameworks and monitoring, conduct root-cause analysis and remediation, map metadata to catalogs, enforce governance and compliance, and lead a team while collaborating with IT, Data Engineering, Analytics and business stakeholders.

Lead acquisition and growth of corporate Infrastructure & Energy clients, deliver revenue and balance-sheet targets, execute strategic client plans, cross-sell products, monitor accounts and credit quality, ensure compliance and risk controls, and provide deep sector expertise to inform tailored financial solutions.
