We’re looking for Capex Forecasting Analyst in Dubai will play a critical role in transforming how capital expenditure (Capex) is forecasted, automated, and reported across the organization. This role is responsible for driving process automation, improving forecasting accuracy, standardizing Capex workflows, and supporting external financial reporting.

What you’ll do: ​

• Capex Forecasting & Variance Analysis - Develop and refine Capex forecasting models to improve visibility, accuracy, identify key trends and areas for improvement

• Automation & Process Improvement - Lead automation initiatives to improve forecasting, reporting, and data consolidation.

• Reporting & Financial Analysis - Support internal & external reporting requirements, ensuring Capex data is correctly structured for financial statements, investor relations, and regulatory reporting.

• Standardization of Capex Processes Across Regions & Acquisitions - Ensure all business units, regions, and acquisitions follow a standardized Capex process, from requisition to reporting. 

• Budgeting & Long-Term Planning - Integrate Capex forecasting data into the annual budgeting process & long-term investment plans, ensuring alignment with financial plans.
