- Accountable to achieve monthly existing sales revenue/margin goals
- Proactively drives, organizes and facilitates business reviews and other face-to-face customer meetings.
- Lead and develop an annual account plan and budget for assigned accounts
- Utilizes business analytics (technology, solutions, best practices, etc.) within various levels of the customer's supply chain.
- Pursues personal development plans and may provide input and guidance for other teammates.
- Create and lead account strategy for portfolio of accounts
- Timely and regular attendance according to the scheduled shift as determined by supervisory personnel.
