Job Description- Create and maintain capacity studies, perform analysis, and assist with capacity planning.
- Produce and update Standards (WP01)-yearly, monthly.
- Create WT8s through coordination with Machining Engineering, Assembly Engineering, Auburn Hills, and Frankfurt.
- Responsible for create, maintain and distribute Project Memo for all new Projects in SLP
- Create and Maintain Bill of material and Routing in SAP.
- Fill customer specific capacity documentation (e.g. Ford CAR sheet).
- Know ESH company requirements. Actively participate to meet them. Know Quality company requirements. Actively participate to meet them.
- The authority and responsibility to halt production or a process when conditions that pose a risk to quality or safety, or non-compliance with specifications, are identified, ensuring the immediate containment and correction of defects in accordance with established procedures without the need for prior approval.
