As an IT Early Career Associate within our EDGE program, you'll be working with the Investment Operations Technology team as a Solutions Engineer. You’ll be part of a team responsible to deliver products and services, you’ll learn from domain experts, while contributing to high-impact projects across diverse domains. You'll also be part of an engaging cohort experience that focuses on learning and development along with making connections through social events and networking during your first year at Capital Group. You'll learn directly from our leaders through a speaker series, take on interesting business problems in sprint challenges and engage in activities to strengthen your technical skills and business acumen. Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $86,592-$138,547
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
