Campaign, Programs and Events Manager - GCC Programs
As the Field Marketing - Campaign, Programs and Events manager, you are responsible for driving enablement and awareness activities through field programs for the GCC Ecosystem. You will execute targeted marketing programs to generate awareness, pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle and help build a customer relationship. In addition, you are expected to successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly-organised self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and to explore.
Job DescriptionLead and execute Go-to-Market strategies and integrated marketing programs which include multi-channel campaigns, and events (of all sizes and formats) across a broad segment of customers.
Work with other functions such as partner team, Education team, account-based marketing, to drive successful customer engagement and market awareness in India.
Engage & maintain direct alignment with Sales/SE teams in terms of all pre/post event communications, and marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategies
Run large scale and short format in person and virtual programs for Skills Developmet
Own & drive executions within budget, and handle vendor management, including raising POs, clearing invoices, vendor onboarding, etc.
Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, and budget
Set goals & define metrics for each campaign including targeted lead flow - track program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics
Evaluate all campaigns’ impact & ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment
Regular tracking and reporting on campaign performance
8 -10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS
Bachelor's Degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the Developer & Startup ecosystem would be beneficial
Ability to understand and communicate to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
Penchant for technology creativity to “think outside the box” and leadership to execute effectively
Experience building and delivering of field marketing covering campaigns, events and digital
Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company
Strong influencing skills with the ability to sell ideas and get buy-in with various stakeholders
Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
Project management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance and details driven
Experience in Salesforce, Marketo, Wordpress
Highly metrics driven
Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, cloud applications, data science, analytics platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Dataiku, H2O, Salesforce)
Ability to maintain an optimistic, pragmatic, and self-starter attitude
Global mindset and ability to think across discipline, industries, cultures and scenarios.
