Immediate start

AVC Experience+ is looking for a highly organised, commercially aware Campaign Producer to deliver campaigns and activations from signed brief through to successful completion.

You’ll be the campaign-level producer who makes sure every detail comes together, on time, on budget, on brief and to the standard promised to the client. Working closely with Account Management, marketing, activations, entertainment, venues, suppliers and production partners, you’ll turn commercial ideas into memorable in-venue experiences.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making complex physical experiences happen. You’ll manage multiple campaigns at once, combining detailed planning and coordination with national travel and on-site leadership for key launches and activations.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the handover from Account Management and translate sold campaigns into clear operational plans.
  • Manage project plans, critical paths, budgets, approvals, risks and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate campaigns across venues, marketing, production, activations, music, talent, suppliers and logistics.
  • Produce venue takeovers, brand experiences, music-led activity, launch moments and tentpole events.
  • Create activation plans, run sheets, production schedules, venue briefings and escalation plans.
  • Source and manage supplier quotes, purchase orders, production bookings, freight and delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate signage, POS, furniture, props, equipment, staffing, talent, content capture and other campaign assets.
  • Own venue readiness, site access, bump-in/bump-out plans, operating requirements and safety processes.
  • Be on-site for key activations, resolving issues calmly and keeping delivery moving.
  • Manage production budgets, track spend, monitor profitability and flag risks or scope changes early.
  • Coordinate shoots, talent, creators, photographers, videographers and asset handovers where required.
  • Lead campaign recaps, delivery evidence, retrospectives and continuous improvement.
  • Help build scalable campaign-delivery processes, templates and playbooks in Monday.com.
What you’ll bring
  • At least 3 years’ experience in campaign operations, event production, venue operations, functions, brand activation, experiential marketing, account management or project delivery.
  • Experience coordinating complex, time-critical physical experiences with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong budget, quote, purchase order, supplier and spend-tracking experience.
  • Excellent organisation, written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Experience working with production, print, fabrication, freight, events, talent or activation suppliers.
  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally for key campaign activity.
  • Full Australian working rights.

Experience in hospitality, FMCG, drinks, retail media, events, experiential marketing or agency production will be highly regarded. Familiarity with Monday.com, Microsoft 365 and Canva is also advantageous.

Why this role?

This is an opportunity to play a central role in delivering high-profile campaigns across a national venue network. You’ll have genuine ownership of execution, work across a broad range of creative and commercial projects, and help shape the systems that allow AVC Experience+ to scale.

If you’re the person who can bring structure to complexity, anticipate what could go wrong and make great experiences happen, we’d love to hear from you.\
