Position Overview 

As the Campaign Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best-in- class campaign execution, accurate data tracking, and effective utilization of marketing tools. This key position is dedicated to fostering operational excellence within the marketing team through seamless technology integration and strong communication. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in marketing operations, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conceive, build, and optimize scalable marketing automation processes and templates across campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer engagement programs 
  • Support stakeholders with end-to-end campaign execution including list uploads, audience segmentation, asset management, email builds, A/B testing, and deployment 
  • Build and communicate essential training materials and documentation on marketing technologies and processes 
  • Review existing automation workflows and programs to identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement 
  • Organize and automate marketing operations project board and email marketing calendar. 
  • Build and document standardized templates and modules for frequent marketing automation scenarios 
  • Operationalize marketing compliance and data privacy regulations in our marketing practices. 
  • Build and analyze performance reports using Pardot (Marketing Automation Platform) and Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management) reporting and analytics functions. 
  • Deployment of new marketing technology platforms to enhance team capabilities 
  • Monitor system performance and data flow between marketing platforms and CRM 
  • Support evaluation and implementation of new marketing technologies 
     

Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B tech environment 
  • Proficiency in Pardot or other marketing automation platforms and comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey complex ideas clearly. 
  • Understanding of marketing compliance and data privacy regulations.  
  • Experience in ABM technology (e.g Demandbase) is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is preferred.

California Pay Range

$100,000$125,000 USD
