Job Description:
What is the opportunity?
As a Marketing Campaign Operations Manager, you will execute high-impact demand generation, market awareness, and sales acceleration programs and campaigns to support our EMEA and APJ Field Teams. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the Omnissa Global Marketing department and regularly interlock with our Revenue Operations, Global Partner, and IT teams. You will also drive process and governance improvements across our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), Eloqua, and other critical systems in our MarTech stack. Finally, you'll contribute directly to the measurement and analysis of our Global Demand programs and campaigns, with an emphasis on Global Marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue targets. Here is a breakdown:
Build campaigns in Eloqua from creative briefs: emails, forms, landing pages, program canvas flows, and audience segments
Segment audiences based on ICP, personas, intent data, and lifecycle stage in line with program requirements
Run structured QA on every launch: rendering, links, tracking, segmentation logic, and Eloqua to Salesforce sync verification
Perform list uploads, lead imports, and routine data maintenance with attention to data quality standards
Maintain UTM governance, campaign naming conventions, and tagging consistency across systems
Own the campaign intake process: standardize request workflows, prioritization, SLAs, and stakeholder communication
Ensure consistent campaign structure across Eloqua and Salesforce: naming conventions, tagging, campaign hierarchies, and member statuses
Drive AI-assisted campaign production: brief-to-build workflows, LLM-assisted copy variants and QA checklists that compress build cycles
Run email performance reporting and monitoring; recommend and implement optimizations
Provide enablement and training to marketing stakeholders on campaign setup, execution, and tracking
What will you bring to Omnissa
5–7 years in marketing operations or campaign operations at B2B SaaS companies
Required: 3+ years hands-on Eloqua experience (program canvas, segmentation, forms/landing pages, data tools) and working Salesforce fluency (campaigns, lead/contact model, reports)
Track record running high-volume campaign execution with strong QA discipline and documented processes
Demonstrated use of AI tools in production marketing workflows — with specific examples of processes you've accelerated or automated
Experience building intake/SLA models and campaign playbooks
Email deliverability and compliance fluency (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
Strong stakeholder management and ability to prioritize and manage competing requests
Location: Bangalore, India
Location Type: On-site
Travel Expectations: <5% travel over the course of year. Potential travel to Omnissa headquarters in Mountain View, CA.
