About the role:
An operational focused position, this role will see you supporting the installation process of all static billboard, small format and transit campaigns within agreed timelines, liaising with installers and internal departments to achieve on time campaign installations, provide excellent service quality and maintain timely and accurate operational data for reporting.
A fast paced and diverse role, you’ll get great exposure across the media environment, working with a cross spectrum of teams both internally and externally.
A Day in the Life:
- Assist Campaign Operations Manager to support client service delivery and installation preparation
- Track and ensure 100% installation completion records of all campaigns within agreed timelines
- Support relationships and processes with installers/suppliers
- Manage proof of posting requests
- Accurate and timely processing of manual install records
- Assist in resolving material compliance issues
- Prepare routine, accurate and timely reports to support installer performance
- Participate in team meetings and governance with suppliers to ascertain campaign delivery status and take appropriate action where required
About You:
You will have prior Operations experience and be used to working to tight deadlines. You’re someone who is pro-active, upbeat, collaborative and enjoys working in a fun, but driven team environment. In addition to:
- Strong sense of logic
- Great attention to detail
- Curious problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and ability to organise, prioritise and multi-task
- A team player
- Confident with MS Office applications, namely Excel and Outlook
Desirable but not essential
- Media or OOH exposure
- Tertiary Education in Business, Media, or related field
