A Little About the Job
As our Campaign Media Manager, in North America you'll be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the North American paid media strategy in collaboration with a third-party media agency. This includes overseeing media planning, buying and optimization across paid media platforms to ensure effective reach, engagement and ROI. The Campaign Media Manager will work closely with the agency, internal marketing, creative and analytics teams to align media strategies with overall marketing goals and business objectives. You'll be part of the North American Marketing team, based out of our Austin, TX office.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that align with marketing goals and business objectives in collaboration with the media agency.
  • Identify target audiences and determine the best media channels to reach them.
  • Stay updated on media trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure strategies remain current and effective.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Ooni and the media agency, ensuring the agency's media plans align with Ooni's marketing strategy and goals.
  • Review and approve media plans and proposals provided by the agency, and monitor the agency's media buying activities to ensure cost-effective buys and optimal placement.
  • Ensure all media activities are executed on time, within budget, and meet defined KPIs.
  • Work closely with internal marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all media.
  • Track and report on media campaign performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and analyze media data to derive actionable insights and adjust strategies accordingly.


A bit about you:

  • Deliverable experience in marketing or Media-related roles
  • Have experience in managing media campaigns across the entire lifecycle (development, execution & analysis)
  • Have experience leading activities with cross-functional teams
  • Are a collaborative problem solver with exceptionally high standards
  • Are creative and driven, always looking for ways to strengthen Ooni's brand
  • Have a relentless drive for progress - always moving forward


It would also be really nice if you:

  • Had previously worked in a consumer-focused business
  • Had Mid-Level experience in relevant roles and have experience in leading (virtual or real) teams
  • Have worked on premium brands
  • Can show a personal passion for pizza

What we do:

We design, make and sell AMAZING pizza ovens. They’re so AMAZING that lower-case adjectives just don’t do them justice.

Right now, we sell our pizza ovens all over the world. Hot and fast is how you cook truly great pizza, and- all of our models get hot as hell (that’s 932°F/500°C last time we checked) and cook incredible pizza in only 60 seconds. Before Ooni, if you wanted pizza that good, you had to go to a restaurant or spend thousands on a traditional pizza oven. Not anymore, friends.

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

Our team works on a hybrid schedule, typically working from the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays; however, we are flexible.

Typical time on-site: 2 days a week

Located on the east side of Austin in one of the hippest neighborhoods, just 5 minutes from downtown. Our brand new office is next to Friends and Allies Brewery, Austin East Ciders and the Austin Bouldering Project. We are also close to amazing art studios, galleries, plant nurseries and restaurants
