Job Description

Vantor is seeking a Marketing Specialist to turn business priorities into integrated campaigns that engage distinct government and commercial audiences and contribute to measurable business growth. This role will develop audience-centered campaign plans, coordinate execution across marketing and revenue teams, and connect every activation to a clear conversion path, lead follow-up plan and performance framework. Reporting to Claudette Allingham, this person will bring structure, urgency and sound judgment to multiple concurrent initiatives while helping the global marketing team build repeatable campaign practices.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business priorities into integrated, audience-specific campaigns that connect customer needs, Vantor capabilities and desired business outcomes.
  • Develop campaign briefs that define the target audience, customer need, use case, product, business outcome, channel strategy, call to action, owners and success measures.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across Content, Creative, Product Marketing, PR, Digital, Events, Partners, Sales and Business Development to deliver one connected Vantor story.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, project plans, approvals, dependencies and budgets, and coordinate agency or vendor support as needed.
  • Establish a clear conversion path, lead follow-up plan and return-on-investment measurement approach for every campaign.
  • Partner with Sales, Business Development and Sales Development teams to align lead capture, qualification, routing, nurturing and follow-up processes.
  • Coordinate CRM, marketing automation, account-based marketing and campaign data requirements with the appropriate functional owners.
  • Track engagement, qualified meetings, opportunity creation, influenced pipeline and revenue contribution; communicate results and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Use performance data to refine audience targeting, messaging, channels, tactics and investment throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Help establish reusable campaign playbooks, operating processes and standards while independently managing competing priorities and sustaining momentum.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience planning and executing integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns with defined audiences, objectives, calls to action and success measures.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear campaign briefs and translate business priorities into coordinated marketing activities and deliverables.
  • Strong cross-functional project-management skills, including experience managing calendars, dependencies, approvals, budgets and multiple deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of demand-generation practices and the lead lifecycle, including capture, qualification, routing, nurturing and sales follow-up.
  • Ability to interpret campaign and funnel performance data, identify practical insights and recommend changes to targeting, messaging, channels or investment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with urgency in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting campaigns for government and commercial audiences, particularly in technology, aerospace, geospatial intelligence, defense or another complex business-to-business market.
  • Experience coordinating campaign data and workflows across customer relationship management, marketing automation and account-based marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with pipeline attribution, influenced-revenue reporting, campaign dashboards and return-on-investment analysis.
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales, Business Development or Sales Development teams on account targeting and lead follow-up.
  • Experience managing agency or vendor relationships and tracking campaign budgets.
  • Experience creating campaign playbooks, templates or operating standards for a distributed or global marketing organization.
