Job Description – Influencer Marketing Client Servicing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Client Strategy & Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and expectations.
    • Understand client business objectives and translate them into influencer led marketing strategies.
    • Develop campaign roadmaps aligned to brand goals, target audiences, and platform trends.
  2. Influencer Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Identify and evaluate relevant creators (regional, national, micro, macro, celebrity) based on brand needs.
    • Oversee briefing, content approvals, and campaign rollouts across social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.).
  3. Market Research & Trendspotting
    • Stay updated with evolving creator economy trends, audience behaviors, and competitor campaigns.
    • Share insights with clients on category benchmarks and creative innovations in influencer marketing.
  4. Performance Measurement & Reporting
    • Define measurement frameworks (reach, engagement, brand lift, conversions) for each campaign.
    • Track performance in real-time, analyze results, and prepare actionable reports with learnings.
    • Recommend optimizations for future campaigns to maximize ROI.
  5. Cross-team Collaboration
    • Work with internal creative, media, and strategy teams to integrate influencer content with broader brand campaigns.
    • Support new business pitches by building influencer strategies, case studies, and mock campaign frameworks.
  6. Client Growth & Retention
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell influencer led solutions to existing clients.
    • Build long-term trust with clients by positioning the agency as a strategic influencer partner.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/business
  2. 4–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, branded content, or digital marketing (agency-side preferred).
  3. Strong understanding of influencer ecosystem across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, X, Sharechat, Moj, etc.).
  4. Demonstrated success in managing influencer campaigns from strategy to execution.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Strong analytical mindset with ability to track, interpret, and present campaign performance data.
  7. Passion for digital culture, creators, and social-first storytelling.
  8. Ability to handle multiple accounts/projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Willingness to travel for client meetings, influencer shoots, and industry events when required.
