As a Campaign Manager, you’ll oversee clients' digital ad campaigns on several platforms, optimizing performance to maximize ROI and client satisfaction. Your expertise in campaign management and industry trends will drive strategic, impactful advertising solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Client Management: Act as the expert point of contact for assigned advertising clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each clients goals and objectives, leveraging the unique features and targeting options available on each platform where client is executing campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution: Implementation and optimize advertising campaigns, including targeting, bid management, and performance analysis.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance closely, providing regular insights and recommendations to optimize performance, maximize ROI, and achieve client objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize campaign performance within budget constraints.
  • Client Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future optimization.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive insights to inform campaign strategies and drive innovation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceed client expectations.

What you need for this role:

  • Language skills: Native Romanian and fluency in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital advertising, with proven expertise in managing campaigns on META (Facebook Ads) or similar platforms, certifications are a plus.
  • Strong skills in setting up, optimizing, and analyzing Facebook Ads campaigns (or similar platforms).
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights and make data-driven campaign adjustments.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey strategies, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Proven track record in understanding client needs, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the Romanian market.
