Bright is a data-driven, fast-paced execution culture that will build a Global Consumer FinTech, all functions operating from India.

What you'll do?

  • Learn about the product, target audience, market, and key business metrics while understanding how marketing campaigns contribute to overall business growth.

  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid marketing platforms.

  • Support the campaign team in day-to-day execution, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time.

  • Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to create campaign assets and support A/B testing of creatives, messaging, and landing pages.

  • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports highlighting key insights and recommendations.

  • Analyze campaign data using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

  • Assist in budget tracking, campaign pacing, and maintaining marketing dashboards.

  • Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing best practices.

  • Help improve campaign efficiency through process improvements, automation tools, and documentation.

  • Support SEO, content marketing, and user acquisition initiatives wherever required.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Analytics, and Growth to execute marketing initiatives.

What you'll bring?

  • Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or a recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Campaign Management.

  • Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads is preferred.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus.

  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights from data.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and managing multiple priorities.

  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of assigned projects.

  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, or marketing automation tools is an added advantage.

  • Previous internship, academic project, or certification in Digital Marketing is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills Required
