We are seeking a Campaign Manager to join the EMEA Brand Marketing team, helping to bring bold, integrated marketing campaigns to life across Europe.

You’ll partner closely with the Creative Manager to manage the end-to-end production of campaigns across channels, working with in-house creative teams and external agencies - from early concepting and briefing through to delivery of assets for TV, digital, social, audio, and OOH.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented project management role that thrives on collaboration. You’ll work daily with designers, copywriters, editors, brand managers, and media partners to keep multiple creative workstreams moving smoothly - on time, on brief, and on budget.

It’s a role for someone who loves organization, communication, and creative energy in equal measure. You’re a natural organizer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You know how to get things done and love seeing ideas turn into final campaigns. You’re equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, on a shoot, or in a brainstorm.

This role requires commuting to our Copenhagen office 3 days per week.

• Manage campaign production timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for KAYAK and momondo in EMEA.

• Partner with the Manager, Creative to translate marketing briefs into actionable production plans.

• Coordinate daily with internal teams - designers, copywriters, editors - to prioritize, track, and deliver assets.

• Liaise with Brand Managers, media specialists, and local markets to ensure campaign assets align with strategy and channel needs.

• Oversee delivery of assets across all channels including TV, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, OOH, radio.

• Manage vendor relationships, production partners, and freelance resources as needed.

• Ensure quality control on all creative output and maintain brand consistency across markets.

• Support budget tracking, invoicing, and process documentation for creative production.

• Help identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and creative excellence.

• Foster a collaborative, proactive, and positive culture within the Creative team.

• 2-4 years of experience in creative production or campaign project management (agency or in-house).

• Strong organizational and communication skills - able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

• Understanding of creative workflows across design, copy, and video.

• Experience managing cross-channel deliverables (digital, social, video, print, OOH, radio).

• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage both big-picture timelines and granular tasks.

• Good communication skills in English (Danish, French, Swedish or Spanish fluency is a plus)

• Confidence using project management and asset-tracking tools.

• Experience with budget tracking and vendor coordination (it is considered a plus).
