DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a results oriented Campaign and AdOps Manager for Amazon Ads who is passionate about partnering with our internal sales and CSM team and helping to solve ambiguous business problems, mitigating risks before they become roadblocks. As a Campaign and AdOps Manager, you manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals and be a liaison between Aleph and Amazon team.
Additionally, you’ll be able to leverage Amazon’s proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations, influencing both your internal team and your external customer to facilitate them reaching their business goals.
Key job responsibilities:
- Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions
- Manage the accurate set-up of complex advertising campaigns in partnership with Sales, Account Management, and Quality Assurance teams.
- Communicate status of campaign creation to key stakeholders.
- Triage campaigns daily across multiple team members, ensuring proper bandwidth allocation.
- Manage platform queue success ensuring campaigns are within SLA and accurate.- Manage the troubleshooting of sometimes complex issues surfaced during the campaign life-cycle.- Complete the billing and reconciliation lifecycle of each campaign.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years relevant experience in digital media, advertising and/or account management in a client-facing role- Experience (technical and operational) with multiple domain areas of programmatic advertising technologies (DSP, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, bidding engines, second-price vs first-price auctions, pixel and tag managers, cookies, viewability, etc.)
- Full Funnel experience in Omni-channel marketing, display, over-the-top (OTT) and search marketing
- Adapt at solving problems that span business and technology
- Influence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years’ work experience in an Advertising industry, client-facing sales role.
- Experience in programmatic advertising and providing hands-on service in DSPs
- Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Experience in Amazon DSP platform campaign implementation
