As the Campaign Lead, you will lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns to drive growth for the business.

You will ensure the successful planning and execution of campaigns, working cross functionally with the broader marketing team, business stakeholders and agency partners, and your project management skills are second to none.

Here’s a snapshot of the Campaign Lead responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Lead and execute campaigns end to end, autonomously developing project timelines and budgets to achieve desired business outcomes, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and goals.
  • Campaign Brief Ownership: Own the overarching campaign brief, including creative direction and communications, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure clarity of message and simplicity in execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to align initiatives, resolve misalignments, and continually optimise our ways of working to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Storytelling & Innovation: Drive the marketing and business mindset by using a storytelling approach to campaigns, leveraging creativity and technology in innovative ways to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Brand Integrity: Actively champion brand identities, ensuring all campaign touchpoints reflect key messages that align with the overarching brand purpose and values
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Lead post-campaign reviews, providing strong executive summaries on key learnings and performance. Ensure that insights from these reviews inform future campaigns for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • Proven ability to project manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, with the ability to implement strategy into action, delivering at scale.
  • Experience in hospitality is highly desirable. 
  • Extensive experience within a dedicated marketing environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Marketing or equivalent experience. 
  • Strong understanding of optimization techniques and using data to inform plans.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Experience leveraging customer insights to derive a plan.
  • Excellent presentation and data storytelling skills.
  • Proven capability and resilience across matrix organisations, with experience managing diverse stakeholders both internally and externally. 
  • Project management & agile mindset/experience are advantageous.
