The Project Support Specialist provides administrative and project coordination support to help ensure advertising campaigns are completed accurately, on time, and according to company standards. Working closely with the campaign implementation team, this role tracks progress, maintains documentation, coordinates with internal departments, and helps ensure campaign installations meet quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping projects moving efficiently.
Compensation is $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Essential Functions:
- Provide administrative support to the Implementation team.
- Track project and campaign progress and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help keep projects on schedule.
- Verify and document completed campaign installations.
- Identify issues or discrepancies and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
- Monitor project milestones and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Create organized photo reports for clients and internal leadership.
- Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Assist with training team members on company processes and project procedures.
- Complete other projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:
