Job Description

• Support the development and execution of market-specific campaign strategies to drive Monthly Active Users (MAU) growth and increase platform orders.
• Play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive user growth and engagement.
• Work closely with regional and local teams to ensure the successful implementation of campaign strategies, optimize performance, and support commercial objectives through data-driven decision-making.
• Track campaign performance in real-time, analyze key metrics, and optimize structures to improve cost- efficiency and ROI.
• Assist in vendor selection and track budget utilization, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing priorities.
• Support the development of market-level marketing calendars and collaborate with local teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Work closely with commercial stakeholders to align campaign efforts with business objectives and leverage marketing tools for visibility.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to generate insights, improve campaign structures, and inform future strategies.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in growth, marketing campaign management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating market trends, campaign performance metrics, and consumer behavior.
• Experience working with marketing teams to execute campaigns across multiple regions or markets.
• Previous experience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in budget tracking and vendor coordination to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with commercial and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, with experience in presenting marketing performance insights.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
