Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Campaign Execution team at Mercer. This role will be based in Mexico City Office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Campaign Execution Specialist
This role will require an intermediate or advanced level of expertise using a marketing automation software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo, Hubspot, etc. and have at least a good knowledge of email marketing.
We will count on you to:
- Create campaigns to support list import, email, nurture, webinar, survey, newsletter and events.
- Plan and perform A/B Testing to improve ROI, conversion and sales growth.
- Maintain and monitor internal system syncs across different platforms.
- Create and test lead gen forms and UTMs
- Deploy emails under CASL guidelines.
- Understand, customize and optimize the email campaign management and execution process. Review project intake for completeness, understand and modify timelines of deliverables as it applies to other work in the pipeline, and participate in team decision making.
- Provide complete, accurate and timely campaign execution that meets the marketing objectives.
- Monitor campaign execution effectiveness, suggest improvements, deliver regular updates and share best practices across team.
- Have an intimate working knowledge of digital marketing campaigns to support the successful execution via reporting & analytics, smart lists, campaign building, webinar support, nurture streams, A/B testing and more.
- Work with associated Campaign Execution Managers to ensure execution of best practices, compliance, and brand guidelines.
- Meet with Campaign Execution Managers and/or other Campaign Execution Specialists regularly to troubleshoot common issues and improve efficiency in delivery.
- Create campaign digital assets such as web forms.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Information Systems, Business Management or related field.
- 3+ years related experience.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Client focus.
- Project management and implementation skills - time management
- Problem resolution and decision-making skills
- Experience with email marketing, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, although experience with Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot and others would be relevant.
- Experience with HTML is a plus.
- Understanding of email and web performance metrics.
- Must be flexible and adaptive to changing requirements and timelines to support high priority business needs.
- Should be able to manage multiple projects and priorities with multiple stakeholders.
