We’re looking for an organized and proactive Campaign Coordinator to support the execution of high-impact global marketing campaigns and events across Trio’s energy and sustainability advisory services.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career marketer looking to deepen their skills in B2B campaign delivery, project coordination, and digital marketing. You’ll work closely with Campaign Managers, Sales Analysts, content creators, and stakeholders across the business to help bring campaigns to life and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns, including content creation, digital promotion, email deployments, landing pages, and campaign reporting.
- Assist in event and webinar coordination, from planning logistics to managing invites (e.g. data sourcing, meeting/registrant tracking), registration pages, and follow-up communications.
- Help draft, proofread, and format marketing materials such as emails, social posts, slides, and one-pagers.
- Collaborate with the content, digital, and design teams to ensure timely production and delivery of campaign assets.
- Maintain campaign timelines and documentation, tracking deliverables across teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Support website updates and content uploads via CMS.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing basic performance metrics from Microsoft D365, Microsoft Teams Webinar, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other platforms.
- Coordinate marketing updates and asset and data sharing with business development, advisory, and sales teams.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or events, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with (or willingness to learn) tools such as D365, Project Management (Monday.com), CMS platforms (Drupal), Google Analytics, Canva, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Clear, concise communication skills and comfort working with global teams across time zones.
- A collaborative mindset—ready to take initiative and jump in wherever needed.
- Industry experience or passion for energy, sustainability, and market transformation is a plus.
