Manager, Account Management
The role:
-Responsible for setting sales strategies and proposals to achieve sales goals that drive market share, volume and revenue growth in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
-Leads and manages existing customer relationships with Financial Institutions, as well as the acquisition of new customers
-Capable of negotiating and dealing on C-Level to identify opportunities and customer requirements
-Focus on client success. Partners with the customer to establish, execute and report progress against annual business plans
-Develop strong internal relationships within Mastercard to enable business goals achievement and differentiate Mastercard from the competitors.
All about you:
-In depth experience in sales and relationship management, ideally in the payments/financial services industry (min 5 years, advanced expertise)
-Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills with an evidenced track record in problem-solving and creating solutions that increase revenue
-Experienced in planning, managing, and closing complex, competitive sales efforts
-Impactful and influencing, strong negotiation skills
-Team player with ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment
-Ability to manage and grow internal and external cross functional relationships and partnership
-Have a work permit for Bosnia and Herzegovina and be able to travel
-Bachelor's degree required
-Position is based in Sarajevo; Candidates must be fluent in both Bosnian and English (verbal and written)
