Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily billing consolidation
- Daily bank recon
- Daily billing posting and upload into Unit4 system
- Billing vs. Compass BL reconciliation
- Invoice serial & sequent managing and controlling
- Issue container receipt
- Container transaction consolidation report
- Another assign by manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excel Skill
- English communication both external and internal customers
- Accounting skills
- Strong dispute and problem solving
- Report analyst skill
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
