Call Taker/Receptionist
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Must Have: Basic Computer Skills/Knowledge
Good to haves: Customer service 1 year+, Weekend Availability, Bilingual (Spanish)

We are looking to fill 1 Call Taker/Receptionist for our day to day Data Entry and Call Center. We are looking for an individual who can multi-task since this person will be making reservation calls. Also, this individual must have computer knowledge since this person is responsible for detailed data entry on Microsoft Excel. This individual will be required to work under pressure, since there are occasions that they will have to respond to safety emergencies. Preferably bilingual and available to work weekends.
What we're looking for:*
- Coordinate with other departments, such as fire department, police department, and emergency medical service.
- Obtain relevant information from callers, for example addresses, phone numbers, names, ages of family members, etc.
- Assist with monthly billing data entry.
- Provide great customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
