Key responsibilities:
We are seeking a Call Center Manager to lead and inspire our team to achieve operational excellence in our call center based in Casablanca. The team specializes in qualifying high-quality leads in the home renovation and energy industry. Our team of around 20 talented professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional results in a performance-driven environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and an analytical mindset to manage a multicultural team and ensure the delivery of qualified leads. Experience in lead generation or call center operations is an advantage but not essential—what matters most is your ability to drive performance, foster teamwork, and achieve results.
Other responsibilities are:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring targets, KPI’s and productivity goals are consistently met.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 20+ employees through coaching and performance management.
- Analyze key metrics and use data-driven insights to identify problems, create solutions and optimize operations.
- Develop and improve strategies to optimize team performance and lead quality.
- Create and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive, performance-oriented culture within an international team.
- Handle escalations and maintain high-quality standards for client interactions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives, drive business growth and enhance operational processes.

Your qualifications
- Fluency in both English and French is essential; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Proven experience managing teams, preferably in a call center or performance-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on motivation and development.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience managing diverse, multicultural teams.
- Flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the home renovation or energy sector is a plus but not required.
