【部署の説明】

ファイナンシャルコントロール＆マネージメント部は主に、会計、財務・規制報告、税務、経費管理、支払業務、管理会計、経営報告、企画・分析に関する事項を担っています。

当ポジションは、プロセス＆オペレーションチームの内、支払い業務に従事するメンバーとして、主に以下の業務をご担当頂きます。
(1) 日々の支払い・決済業務　（契約者/嘱託医/従業員/取引先/グループ本社）
(2) 源泉徴収税他、消費税に関わる処理
(3) 銀行口座残高管理、小口現金管理
(4) 社内システム利用に関するユーザーサポート　および　システムメンテナンス
(5) 勘定科目変更、入金に関わる伝票処理

【職務内容】

■支払い業務
・顧客、代理店、嘱託医、取引先、従業員、グループ本社を含む関係者に遅滞なく正しい支払いを行う
・銀行口座の照合や資金移動を含む、銀行口座残高管理
・支払い業務に使用するアプリケーションの管理、ユーザーサポート
■税金計算と申告
・法人税、事業税、消費税、償却資産税、その他各種申告用の資料の作成サポート
・税務調査対応サポート
■内部統制
・データやプロセスのフローを含む担当業務の内部統制の理解及び実施

■Explanation of division

Financial Control & Management Division is in charge of Matters concerning accounting, expense control, payment operations, financial and regulatory reporting, taxation, management reporting, as well as planning and analysis.

In Financial Control & Management division, this position assists and contributes to payment operation function in Process&Operations team, matters concerining; 
1) Timely and accurate daily payment operations to counterparties, including customers, doctors, employees and head office.
2) Taxation (witholding tax, consumption tax)
3) Bank account and petty cash management
4) user support and system maintenance for internal system usage
5) account reference data maintenance, journal process for cash receipt

■Job Description

■Financial operation
- Execute timely and accurate payments to counterparties, including customers, agencies, vendors, employees, Group headoffice, etc
- Bank account management including balance reconciliation and funds transfer
- Payment related application management, user support
■Tax Calculation and Reporting
- Prepare expense reports and materials contributing to the overall tax calculation process in accordance with tax law, regulation, and group requirements.
- Support tax inspection.
■Internal Control
- Understand and implement internal controls for responsible operations, including data and process flows
