Job Description

• Mesh Model Building and assembly
• IP, Console, Door Trims, Pillar trims, Latches, Dog house, Heat Stakes, Snaps, Clip towers, Vibe welds, Ultrasonic welds.
• Shell meshing, Solid meshing skills for complex features and shapes of parts. Knowledge of Kinematic Joints, Connectivity, Attachments their Deg of Freedom for Modal analysis and stiffness Analysis.
• NVH and Linear-Static / non-linear-Static – Abaqus, Optistruct and LS Dyna
• NVH Modal Analysis
• Frequency Response Function (FRF) –
• Static Functional and Abuse loads vs deflection study.
• IP/Console/Door Panel Rigidity analysis.
•  IP/ Console Quality of Feel
• Vibration as per JIS1601
• Longitudinal and Lateral Rigidity of Console
• Door Stiffness Analysis – Map Pocket, Pull cup, Grab Handle, Armrest, Static pressure.

Qualifications

Qualification : BE / ME

Experience : 4-6 years

Preprocessor- Ansa

Postprocessor-Metapost

Product- IP, Console and Door Trim

Solver- LS Dyna, Abaqus

• Result oriented team player with strong communication skills in English Thorough knowledge in CAE software.
• Ability to work in matrix organization.

• Knowledge of PMS process.
• Knowledge of CAE standards, tools and methods.
• Problem solving techniques.
• Strategic and analytic capabilities.
• To make sure that abide the CAE processes, methods, tools and standards set by IDIADA.
• To receive input from Customer for the execution of assignment.
• To propose various design proposals or solutions.
• To maintain the Customer Satisfaction Index above the company target.
