PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contributes to a wide variety of projects involving design, financing, delivery, ongoing management and communication of health and group benefit programs for Employee Benefits clients.
- Coordinates reporting workflow, project management, & project communication.
- Completes basic monthly financial reporting, mostly independently and more complex deliverables and projects with oversight.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Study in business, risk management, math, or relevant work experience preferred
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, xlookup, etc.) required. Experience with macros preferred but not required.
- Power BI (or similar) data visualization experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written form.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills required.
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
