Develop Expertise in Air Traffic Control: You will undergo professional ATC training to acquire your ATC ratings and develop competencies required of an ATCO.  As an operational controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, orderly and efficient flow of air traffic in one of the world's busiest aviation hubs.

Build Strong Operational Foundations: A key feature of the programme is the opportunity to gain deep operational foundation. Beyond mentorship, you will have opportunities to connect with aviation professionals across the industry, building valuable networks and learning from experienced practitioners.
