The Role

The Executive Assistant provides exceptional administrative support to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of key executives and senior leadership within the Finance Department.

As a team-oriented self-starter who thrives on attention to detail, the Executive Assistant provides a wide range of administrative support services to meet the needs and expectations of our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer as well as other Finance Directors. Success in this position requires a positive and professional demeanor which is task focused and the ability to effectively prioritize workflow.  This role supports the CFO and business in a hybrid capacity, working from home and in office a minimum of three (3) days per week.
