What you’ll do
Support the new global customer contract database and billing system for Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) within a fast-paced global team.
Master customer interpretation and billing through comprehensive training.
Execute daily billing operations, accurately inputting contract pricing into the global system.
Collaborate with Billing Operations, Finance, Boarding Operations, Sales, and Pricing teams to resolve contract issues, address technology needs, and escalate orders.
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years working in an Accounting environment.
English Level B2 or C1
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
What could set you apart
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
Data Analysis: Familiarity with Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets.
The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and a strong attention to detail are great to have.
