Brief Description
The purpose of Production Acceptance and Customer Delivery tests is to verify the proper integration of aircraft systems ensuring aircraft safety, airworthiness and quality status for final delivery to Customer.
Main tasks and responsibilities as Production FTE/TFE within the Test team will consist in planning, preparing, executing and reporting of Production Flight and Ground Testing activities.

The following skills will be also valued during the candidate evaluation:
Operational military experience as Flight Engineer (FE) and/or Load Master (LM).
Military Load Master Course.
Specific training for lead flight test engineer competence (e.g. as per EASA PART 21AMC No1 to Appendix XII)
Experience in Aircraft development and production environment, with knowledge of all related processes.
Knowledge of Airbus C295 aircraft systems
Aircraft Maintenance and/or Functional Check Flight Experience.
Crew Resource Management Training.
Spanish language
Key Responsibilities:
In particular, the Production Test Engineer (FTE/TFE) will:
Follow serial aircraft Document and Technical status from the Final Operational Test (FOT) milestone (Aircraft transfer from Production to Flight Test) up to Transfer Of Title (TOT) to Final Customer.
Determine if the aircraft is suitable for operation from a technical and documental/airworthiness point of view within her/his scope of responsibility.
Represent Flight Test Domain at the handover meeting from Final Assembly Line (FAL) to Flight Line (at FOT meeting).
Calculate weight and balance and take off performance data.
Supervise the cabin safety ensuring that the cabin is secured for ground and flight operation.
In conjunction with the rest of Test crew, participate actively, with full autonomy, in the execution of all ground and flight tests required during the aircraft manufacturing and delivery process
Support the Test requirements definition, results analysis, systems troubleshooting and reporting
Support Test documentation: Production A/C Test Manual (PATM), Customer Acceptance Manual (CAM), In Service A/C Technical Flight Manual (ISATFM)
Be the Airbus technical leader in front of the Customer during the Delivery phase
Be accountable together with the test pilot for Production activities decisions, including the need to re-flight.
Key Deliverables:
Additionally, the Production test engineer (FTE/TFE) will:
Ensure Flight Safety in all Aircraft and Systems Organization air operations in close cooperation with the Flight & Integration Test Safety Organization.
Provide operational and technical advice to Product and Flight Safety activities.
Provide operational and technical support to Design Organization and other external organizations (Airbus Group, Customer...) to improve Airbus product and support trouble shooting.
Support HO Flight & Integration Test Center to comply with the FTOM (ref.TA.DV.TA.M001) and civilian and national laws for flight operation. Monitor availability of adequate means to comply with requirements of those procedures.
