We are seeking an experienced Web API Developer proficient in C# and the latest .NET frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, high-performance APIs, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Web APIs:
  

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and high-performing Web APIs using C# and the latest .NET frameworks (e.g., .NET 6/8).
    
  • Build APIs that are RESTful, secure, and optimized for performance and scalability.
    

• Asynchronous Code Creation:
  

  • Write high-quality asynchronous code following async/await patterns to improve application responsiveness and performance.
    
  • Enhance scalability through efficient handling of async operations, ensuring a responsive user experience.
    

• Database Interaction:
  

  • Use tools such as Entity Framework or Dapper for seamless database connectivity and operations, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
    
  • Create and optimize SQL queries for high efficiency and performance, particularly in relational databases like SQL Server.
    

• Code Quality and Best Practices:
  

  • Follow industry best practices to ensure high code quality, including the use of unit tests and regular code reviews.
    
  • Maintain and enhance code performance through optimization and best practices, contributing to scalable and reliable solutions.
    

• Collaboration and Communication:
  

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive, high-quality products.
    
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing technical insights and ensuring alignment with project goals.
    

• Troubleshoot and Debug:
  

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and bugs to ensure stable, smooth application performance.
    
  • Implement efficient troubleshooting practices to reduce downtime and improve the overall user experience.
    

• Algorithm Design:
  

  • Design and implement efficient algorithms to tackle complex problems, enhancing the functionality and performance of applications.
    

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in C# Web API development.
  

• Technical Expertise:
  

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with C# and the latest .NET frameworks (e.g., .NET 6/8).
    
  • Proven expertise in building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.
    
  • Proficient in writing asynchronous code using async/await patterns to enhance performance and responsiveness.
    
  • Hands-on experience with ORM tools like Entity Framework or micro-ORMs like Dapper for database interaction.
    

• Database and Version Control:
  

  • Solid experience with relational databases, especially SQL Server, and strong SQL skills for data handling and optimization.
    
  • Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for source code management, ensuring consistent versioning and collaboration.
    

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks.
  
• Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure Document Forms, and other Azure services that may integrate with API solutions.
