About the Project:
A multi-program engagement with a leading global Tier-1 supplier for end-to-end AD/ADAS system development.
The team collaborates across project management, system architecture, software development, AI integration, system integration, validation, safety, and security to deliver scalable, high-quality, and production-ready ADAS solutions.
Role Overview: Develop and optimize C/C++ algorithms for ADAS systems, enabling real-time, safety-critical autonomous driving functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize ADAS algorithms (perception, fusion, and control)
- Implement and debug software on embedded ECUs
- Perform testing, integration, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with system, validation, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure code quality, maintain documentation, and support reviews
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in C/C++ embedded/automotive software development
- Experience in algorithm development (image/signal processing or control)
- Strong understanding of ECU development and real-time systems
- Ability to work in structured processes (V-model/Agile)
Preferred:
- Experience in ADAS/autonomous driving systems
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, and ASPICE
- Exposure to SIL/MIL/HIL testing or vehicle data analysis
Language:
- Japanese/English Bilingual
- Advanced business-level Japanese is a must requirement.
